KEEP IMPORTANT CONTENT ORGANIZED • Browse and select screenshots by date, or import from the system photo picker or another app’s share menu. • Organize with categories, tags and favorites. Add notes to remember what you were thinking when you saved an image. • Avoid importing the same screenshot twice, and resume unfinished imports. HIDE PRIVATE DETAILS BEFORE SHARING • Cover, blur or pixelate details manually, with a brush, eraser, undo and redo. • Drag existing redaction areas to reposition them, and check what is covered before sharing. • Export a redacted copy without changing the original screenshot in your library. LOCAL STORAGE, YOUR CONTROL • Screenshots stay in local storage, and text recognition runs on your device. No FindShot account is needed, and screenshots are not uploaded to FindShot servers. • Back up and restore your entire library for free, including images, titles, categories, tags, favorites and notes. • There is no automatic sync between devices. To move your library, export a backup and restore it on another device. YOU DECIDE WHAT HAPPENS TO ORIGINALS • After local copies are saved and verified, keep the originals or remove the matching images from Photos. • FindShot checks the sources and local copies again before removal. You select which images to delete and confirm in the system dialog. • With iCloud Photos enabled, deletions sync to other devices. Storage may not be freed immediately. FREE AND FINDSHOT PRO The free version holds up to 100 screenshots and includes text search, basic information extraction, organization, manual redaction, original cleanup, and full backup and restore. At the storage limit, you can still view, search, organize and export your existing content. FindShot Pro is a one-time purchase. It removes the screenshot limit and adds advanced extraction and collections for addresses, tracking numbers, order numbers and merchant names.
