About Namio Run: Music & Metronome

Whatever you want to run, Namio gives you the music and beat to help you get through it. Create your own workout or choose a ready-made session, press play and go. Namio structures original music around every phase of your run, with an optional beat guide at your target cadence to help you lock into your rhythm. As you move from warm-up to faster efforts, recoveries and cool-down, the music moves with you. This is especially powerful for interval training, where the workout keeps changing. Less clock-watching. Less thinking about what comes next. Focus on running, lock into the beat and keep going until the workout is done. RUNNING MUSIC THAT FOLLOWS YOUR WORKOUT Each phase of your session has its own energy. The music changes as your workout moves from warm-up to effort, recovery and cool-down, helping you feel where you are in the run. No more trying to make a normal playlist fit your intervals. Your workout sets the structure. The music follows. LOCK INTO YOUR BEAT Choose a target cadence in steps per minute and use an optional beat guide to help you find and hold your rhythm. Control the music and beat-guide volumes separately, or switch the beat guide off completely and run with the music alone. BRING YOUR PLAN OR PICK A WORKOUT Already following a plan from a coach, running club or training app? Recreate the session in Namio and turn it into a guided music workout. Or choose one of Namio’s ready-made workouts and start running. CREATE YOUR OWN RUNNING WORKOUTS • Build custom interval sessions • Set warm-up, effort, recovery, rest and cool-down phases • Choose the number and length of your intervals • Set pace or cadence targets • Start from a ready-made workout • Hear countdowns and audio cues as each phase changes BUILT FOR INTERVAL TRAINING AND MORE Namio is especially useful for interval running, where faster efforts, recoveries and rests keep changing throughout the session. You can also use Namio for tempo runs, progression runs, fartlek sessions and other structured workouts. ORIGINAL MUSIC PRODUCED FOR RUNNING Namio’s original music is made specifically for structured running workouts by professional music producers. No slow intro when you are supposed to push. No checking the timer to find out when recovery starts. No trying to make a normal song fit the exact length of your interval. YOUR WORKOUT. YOUR RHYTHM. Create a session or pick one that is ready to go. Press play. Lock into the rhythm. Let the music carry you through the workout.
