About Recollections: Mood Tracker
Recollection is a private, offline-first mood tracking app designed for a simple daily check-in. Log how you feel once a day in under a minute. No streaks, no pressure, no account required. FEATURES • Daily mood logging with four simple states: Low, Okay, Good, Great • Optional notes for each entry • Optional photo attachment for a visual memory of the day • Calendar history to revisit past entries • Insights that help you notice patterns over time • Gentle daily reminder, only if you enable it • Backup and restore your entries directly through your own files • Fully offline by default • Face ID and PIN locking for on-device privacy • Dark mode DESIGNED FOR REFLECTION, NOT GAMIFICATION Recollection is built to feel calm, honest, and low-pressure. Missed days are fine. The goal is awareness, not perfection. PRIVACY FIRST Your entries stay on your device. Recollection does not require an account with us and does not track you. PREMIUM Try the app out for the first 3 logging days. If you like it and want to support me, you can buy the app outright, no subscriptions. What's New A handful of quality-of-life improvements to make logging feel smoother and the app easier to navigate. Keyboard "Done" button — the reflection field now has a Done key so you can dismiss the keyboard without tapping away Unsaved changes warning — navigating away from an unfinished entry now asks before discarding your work Haptic feedback — mood selection has a subtle tap response Swipe to change months — swipe left or right on the calendar to move between months Jump to any month — tap the month and year header in the journal to jump directly to a date Faster calendar animation — the day detail panel opens noticeably quicker Mood trend dates — the Mood Over Time chart now shows date labels on the x-axis so you can see when things happened Empty insights shortcut — if you haven't logged yet, the Insights tab now has a direct button to start Remembers your last tab — the app reopens on whichever tab you were on Settings organized by section — settings are now grouped under clear headings (Personalization, Tracking, Notifications, Security, Subscription, Data) so everything is easier to find
