Fair Till: Craft Fair POS

Standing at a booth with a line forming? Fair Till rings up a sale in three taps, works with no signal, and never takes a cut — because it never touches your money. Built for craft fairs, farmers markets, pop-ups, and home businesses. You get paid the way you already do — cash or the payment apps your customers use. Fair Till keeps the record. RING IT UP FAST Tap a product tile or key in a custom price for a one-of-a-kind piece. Quantity and discount modes are one tap away. Tax-exempt items stay tax-exempt — tax applies only to what's taxable in the cart. Charge, take cash (change is calculated), or send a payment-app request with the amount filled in. Done; next customer. WAS THIS FAIR WORTH IT? Start an event when you set up your booth. Fair Till attributes every sale, refund, and expense to it, and when you end the event you see net profit after booth fee, travel, and materials — with sales tax kept separate from revenue. Share a summary card when the day is done. SPLIT BILLS, REFUNDS, RECEIPTS Split a bill evenly across up to eight people, each paying their own way. Refund any sale, linked back to the original. Text or print a clean PDF receipt in two taps. CATALOG IN MINUTES Import your products from another POS system or accounting software export (Excel/Windows files included). Scan barcodes. Or snap a photo of a product and let on-device Apple Intelligence suggest the name, price, and category — you review before anything is saved. On iOS 27, Snap to Add reads the photo itself, so handwritten tags come through more often. SIRI & SHORTCUTS "Ring up a sale", "Start a market day", and "How did today go?" — from Siri, Spotlight, or the Action button. KNOW YOUR NUMBERS Daily digest with revenue, peak hour, top products, and tax collected. On-device AI writes a short narrative of how your week is going. Export your sales as CSV for tax season — free for everyone. TAX, YOUR WAY Enter your ZIP code for a starting sales-tax rate, then adjust per event. Mark any product non-taxable. CHECKOUT WORKS OFFLINE. ON-DEVICE AI. Every feature on the checkout path works with no connection. AI runs on your device with Apple Intelligence (AI features need Apple Intelligence), and your sales stay on your phone. The app only fetches a public sales-tax rate table, with none of your data. No account, no sign-up, no tracking, no ads. NOT A PAYMENT PROCESSOR Fair Till doesn't move money, hold funds, or verify that a payment was sent. You confirm each sale yourself, the same way you would with cash. That's why there's no per-sale fee. PREMIUM Free includes the full register, receipts, events, sales export, and a daily allowance of AI insights.
