Leela Clue: Shadow Work Diary

LeelaClue is your digital compass for deep shadow work and self-reflection, rooted in the 2,000-year-old Vedic tradition of Leela – the Game of Self-Knowledge. It is not a fortune-telling tool, but a diagnostic mirror for those ready to look honestly at themselves and grow. DAILY GUIDANCE: A COMPLETE SHADOW WORK PRACTICE The heart of LeelaClue is the Leela Reflections Method – a structured workout for your inner life that turns one question into a guided journey from inquiry to action: • Your Question: Write or speak a question directed at yourself – not "What will happen?", but "What do I need to see?" If nothing comes, the gold wand offers topics and questions to start from. • The StOR Model: You receive three cards from the Leela Field, each opening one perspective on your question – State (Where am I now?), Obstacle (What do I not notice yet?) and Resource (What would carry me further?). Every card is a cell of the timeless Leela Field embodying an aspect of inner life, from ego and attachment to courage and compassion. The cards arrive in the spirit of synchronicity – not chosen, but received – often opening a view you would never have picked. • Reflect: Write or dictate a reflection on each card. The cards only point – your reflections do the work. • My Insight: Your reflections come together in one clear insight – the answer to your question. • My Practice: Turn your insight into one concrete practice for deep self-improvement – then follow it until it is lived. MEET THE LEELA GURU The Leela Guru is the AI companion for every step of the method. It helps you put your question in a truly self-inquiring way, attunes the cards' questions to your situation, and helps you distill your findings into an insight and a practice. The Guru never replaces your intuition – it sharpens your questions. You decide when to use it. AND THERE IS MORE TO DISCOVER Daily Wisdom is your morning alignment: one card each morning, with a message for your day and a small practice to live it. Reflect on what resonated, do the suggested practice, or ask the Guru to adapt it to you. THE LEELA FIELD: MEDITATION AND RELAXATION The timeless 72-cell cosmic board, where your cards glow as jewels among the chakras and planes of existence, is also a place to pause and unwind. Every plane sounds at its own Solfeggio healing frequency and breathes in its own rhythm. What could be better for a short meditation? THE SADHANA TREE: WATCH YOUR GROWTH Sadhana is the Sanskrit word for a daily spiritual practice, and your Sadhana Tree is its living image. Every ritual you complete, every reflection you keep and every practice you accomplish makes it grow and glow, from soft gold through orange to the lilac of the Leela Guru. SLOW TECH AND PRIVACY In an era of distraction, LeelaClue follows "Slow Tech": each day centers on one question of self-inquiry, and the atmospheric design helps you stay fully present. The app needs no account and shows no ads, and your data is stored on your device. And with VoiceOver, you can use it without looking at the screen. Note: LeelaClue is a tool for self-discovery. It does not predict the future or provide medical advice. It provides the mirror; you provide the courage to look.
