july: self discovery journal

Some things only become clear when you write them down. july is a guided journal for people who want to understand themselves – the patterns you repeat, the emotions you push away, the rules you learned before you had words for them. HOW IT WORKS Every day, july picks a small set of prompts for you, based on what you chose to explore. Some are gentle. Some go deep. One honest sentence is enough to start. When you finish writing, july can ask follow-up questions about what you just wrote – the kind of questions a good therapist or a very honest friend would ask. You don't have to answer them. But when you do, something shifts. Keep writing on the same prompt and july traces your patterns across entries: what's changed, what keeps repeating, and what you might not see yet.
