What’s new
Version 2.1.0 · Updated September 20, 2026
BRAND & APP ICONS - Three redesigned Home Screen icons: Chevron Path (primary), LP Monogram, and Bold Arrow, each with light, dark, and tinted variants. - Settings → App Icon lets users switch instantly. The launch screen mirrors the selected icon. PERSONAL RECORDS CELEBRATION - Finishing a workout that sets new strength PRs opens a celebration sheet listing each new record (exercise, weight × reps, estimated 1RM). - Multiple PRs in one session stay compact (shows a few, then "Show more"). - PR banners no longer stack under the Workout tab title. History for monthly reports is still stored. SAFER WORKOUT CLOSE (ACCIDENTAL-FINISH PROTECTION) - Finishing or canceling an active workout is no longer a single tap. Slide right to Finish or slide left to Cancel, then confirm in a dialog, so a stray tap can't end or discard the session. - Pausing the timer also asks for confirmation before the clock stops. Resume stays a direct tap. - Keyboard accessory and focus handling while logging sets is more reliable. - Home screen scrolls cleanly when celebration banners or the monthly report banner are present. HOME CELEBRATIONS (NON-PR) - Cardio milestones (long or fast runs) and martial-arts belt or rank promotions still appear as dismissible home banners (swipe or tap to dismiss). - Extra banners collapse behind "Show more" so the large "Workout" title stays readable. BACKUP & DATA - Complete backups: Settings → Backup & Restore now includes exercise library edits, recurring schedules, compound exercises, body measurements, profile, and settings, in addition to workouts, templates, activities, PRs, achievements, and custom exercises. - Restore merges and does not wipe existing data. TRAINING CALENDAR & MISC - Tap a day on the training calendar for a detail sheet of everything logged that day. - "Add Past Workout" lives on the Progress tab toolbar. - Debug: Settings lists all workout sessions (including incomplete) to recover a "missing" session. - Cardio pace is derived automatically when distance is logged. - Activity library additions include Walking and Surfing.
