Meeting Alarms: Calerto

Calerto is the meeting alarm app that turns your calendar invites into loud, impossible-to-miss alarms — so you're always on time. MEETING ALARMS THAT ACTUALLY WORK Silent calendar notifications are easy to miss. Calerto reads your upcoming meetings and sets a dedicated meeting alarm with customizable prep time, so you get a real alert before every important event. ONE TAP FROM INVITE TO ALARM Swipe or tap once to set a meeting alarm. Pick your prep time and you're done — no extra confirmation steps. SEE WHAT'S NEXT A live countdown card at the top of your event list shows your soonest upcoming meeting and whether an alarm is already set. AUTO-ALARM YOUR WEEK (PRO) Turn on auto-alarm and Calerto automatically arms every meeting in the next seven days. Pause or remove any alarm without losing your settings. SYNC YOUR CALENDARS Connect Apple Calendar and Google Calendar in one place. Search events by title or calendar name, and color-code calendars so every meeting stands out. PAUSE WITHOUT DELETING Toggle an alarm off temporarily without removing it. Calerto reschedules through AlarmKit so nothing gets lost. CUSTOMIZABLE PREP TIME Set a buffer before each meeting — 1, 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes — so you have time to join the call, review notes, or grab coffee. LOUD, RELIABLE ALERTS Built on iOS AlarmKit for alarms that break through Do Not Disturb and silent mode. Live Activities keep your next meeting visible on the Lock Screen. PRIVACY FIRST Your calendar data stays on your device. We read events to set meeting alarms — we never modify, sell, or share your schedule. PERFECT FOR • Remote workers juggling back-to-back video calls • Sales teams with client meetings across time zones • Students with class schedules and study groups • Anyone who's ever been late because a calendar ping got buried Download Calerto and turn every meeting invite into a meeting alarm you can trust.
