आपल्याला झालेल्या आनंदाची प्राप्ती इतरांनाही व्हावी ह्या इच्छेपोटी नाथांची वाणी स्रवली ती आनंदलहरीच्यारुपात. जो सद्गुरुंना शरण जातो तो याच देहात मुक्तीची अनुभूती प्राप्त करतो. याचि देही याच डोळा । भोगिजे मुक्तीचा सोहळा ॥ ऎसा कोणी एक विरळा । तोचि जिव्हाळा स्वरुपाचा ॥ म्हणुन प्रत्येकानं सद्गुरुंना शरण जावं आणि आपलं जन्ममरण चुकवावं असं नाथ महाराज विनवितात.
