LJK Grader: Answer Sheet Scan

LJK Grader helps teachers grade multiple-choice answer sheets with a phone camera. Create a test, enter the answer key, print the answer sheets, then snap each student's sheet: the score, right and wrong answers and the student number are read at once. Made for primary, middle and high school teachers, tutors and learning centres.

OVERVIEW ON THE HOME SCREEN
Average score, how many tests are graded, score spread, tests per school level, classes, and tests with an incomplete key, all visible as soon as the app opens.

TESTS AND ANSWER KEYS
Test name, school level, class, subject, 5 to 100 questions, choices A-D or A-E, and the maximum score. Tap the key for each question, paste it as text (ABCDA...) or import it from Excel. A sample Excel file can be downloaded from the app. Change the key at any time and scores are recalculated automatically.

AUTOMATIC MATH QUESTIONS
Choose primary, middle or high school, tick the topics, set the number of questions and the level: Easy, Medium, Hard or Mixed. Preview first, replace any question you do not like, then save. The question paper, the answer sheet, and the key with worked solutions for the teacher are ready as PDFs. Generated questions are in Indonesian.

PRINT ANSWER SHEETS
A4 answer sheets with four corner markers, a student number grid and filling instructions. One or two sheets per page to save paper. Print directly, save as PDF or send to a copy shop.

SCAN WITH THE CAMERA OR FROM THE GALLERY
Point the camera at the sheet; the app takes the photo by itself once all four corners are visible. Sheets may be slightly tilted or upside down. Photos from the gallery can be graded too. Double, blank or faint answers are always flagged for the teacher to check. A sheet that cannot be read is rejected with a request to retake the photo, never graded silently. Everything is processed on the phone, offline.
Note: the scanner only reads answer sheets printed from this app.

SCORES AND ITEM ANALYSIS
Average, highest and lowest score, a score list by student number, and analysis of every question: percentage correct, hardest questions first, and how often each choice was picked. Answers can be corrected by hand. Export to Excel with scores, answers per question, item analysis and the key.

CLASSES (OPTIONAL)
Save a list of student names per class so names appear next to scores. Teachers who teach several school levels can filter tests by level. The app works without classes too.

PRIVATE, NO ACCOUNT
No sign-up and no login. Tests, student names and scores stay on your phone. The only permission requested is the camera. Sheet photos are not stored and not sent anywhere. Back up and restore with one file.

Available in English and Indonesian.
