PATO — AI Fitness Companion

A companion, not a drill sergeant.

Track everything by chatting. Import workouts automatically from Health Connect. Earn real rewards for staying consistent and keep your PATO alive and thriving.

PATO is your AI fitness companion — built in Aotearoa. No complicated menus, no endless forms. Just chat like you'd text a mate. "I had eggs on toast for breakfast" — done, macros logged. Snap a photo of your lunch — sorted. Ask for a workout plan — it's built for your goals, your equipment, your schedule. All grounded using our proprietary DuKGest Engine and Scores.

Most fitness apps get abandoned in two weeks. PATO keeps only what truly matters and wraps it in something you'll actually want to open.

AUTOMATIC WEARABLE SYNC
Connect Health Connect once and PATO auto-imports your workouts from Fitbit, Samsung Health, Garmin, and any Health Connect source. No double-logging, no manual entry.

CHAT-FIRST TRACKING
Tell PATO what you ate, what you trained, how you're feeling. Voice input for hands-free logging mid-workout. No dropdowns. No databases. Just talk.

SNAP TO LOG
Take a photo of your food and PATO handles the rest — calories, protein, carbs, fats. Save your regular meals to your pantry for one-tap logging next time.

PLANS THAT ADAPT
Workout plans with exercise videos and auto-progression. Meal plans tailored to your macros and preferences. Everything adjusts as your fitness evolves.

YOUR DUCK NEEDS YOU
Meet PATO — your virtual duck companion. Its health reflects your consistency. Skip days, it drops. Stay on track, it thrives. Earn points and XP for every healthy action, unlock 39 badges across 10 levels, and climb your gym's leaderboard.
