HEIN CARE is an exclusive small pilates studio & natural skin care clinic located in the heart of Copenhagen. It is a place for you who want calm, present and professional treatment and training.
After a year's break from treatments, HEIN CARE has opened in June 2024 in a new and exciting version, in combination with classic Pilates. Over the years, I have continued the journey of health, balance and strength both inside and out - and I am delighted to be able to combine both things.
A cozy listed building in the inner city, Lille Strandstræde 12 forms the framework for my quiet and atmospheric little place.
Pilates has been my constant companion for more than 12 years and truly life-changing for me.

So after training as a Classic Pilates instructor, I can now bring Pilates to Hein Care as well.

I offer Pilates 1:1 or Duet - Mat and Reform. Individually adapted training and 100% focus on you. As well as natural facial treatments in the brands
Organic Pharmacy and Panpuri.
And I look forward to combining my journey and skills and offering training and treatments that nourish your skin, body and mind, health and balance.
