ZendBack

ZendBack turns shipping and returns into a doorstep amenity for residents of participating apartment communities.
No more trips to the post office or carrier store. Schedule a pickup from your phone, leave your sealed package at your door on collection day, and a ZendBack agent collects it and hands it to FedEx, UPS, or USPS for you. You get a notification when it's picked up and again when it's on its way.
Use ZendBack for:

- Retailer returns, send items back without the hassle
- Personal shipments, gifts and packages to friends and family
- Business shipments, documents and equipment to a company or vendor

What you get:

- Schedule pickups in seconds from your phone
- Real-time notifications at collection and carrier handoff
- Up to $500 in declared-value coverage included, with optional higher coverage
- A simple view of everything scheduled, collected, and on its way

ZendBack is offered as a resident amenity through participating property management companies. If your building offers ZendBack, you'll receive an invitation to get started. Pickups follow your community's collection schedule.
