Zeder Punch List is a fast field tool for contractors, installers, cabinet and closet makers, handymen, property managers and landlords.
WALK THE JOB
• Take a photo, circle the problem, add a short note, save — and you're on the next one.
• Walk Mode remembers your job, room and trade. Draft notes and markup survive interruptions.
• Text-only observations, several photos per issue, undo the last action.
• Mark photos with circles, arrows, boxes, freehand, labels, measurements, check and cross stamps, plus a privacy blur.
DOCUMENT THE FIX
• Record the fix with an after photo, who did the work and who verified it.
• Compare before and after with a slider or side by side. A reopened item keeps its ID and its history.
• Re-inspect room by room and see what changed since the last visit.
• Pin issues on a floor plan: import a PDF page or a photo of the drawing.

• Full report, open items, resolved items, before-and-after, one room, one trade or person, or changes since the last report.
