DTF Care is a maintenance log for small DTF printing shops. It keeps your routines, your nozzle-check photos and your service history in one place, on your phone or tablet, with no account and no internet needed.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Set up routines for each printer: on chosen weekdays, every few days, weeks or months, after the last time you did it, by hours or print length you record, around a production session, or manual only.
• See what is due today, what is overdue and what is coming up. A late completion never shifts a calendar schedule.
• Record maintenance with the date it really happened, who did it, notes, photos and parts used. Snoozed or skipped is never counted as done.
• Photograph nozzle checks, keep the originals untouched and compare any two side by side with linked zoom, dates and printer shown.
• Log incidents and see what was recorded before them: maintenance, checks, ink changes, parts and readings. Records are shown in order, never as proven cause.
• Track downtime without double counting overlaps, and parts, consumables and printhead changes with their history.
• Get alerts you control: how many days ahead, nag until done, quiet hours and a daily limit. An in-app inbox works even if notifications are off.
• Export a technician report as PDF, a CSV history, or a full backup with photos that restores on a clean install.
MACHINE LIBRARY
Pick your machine, printheads and ink from a built-in library and get suggested routines with the maker's own wording, page and source link. Nothing becomes a routine until you review it. Intervals are the maker's as documented, you can change them, and where no interval is published you choose one. Always check it matches your exact machine, model year and ink.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your records and photos stay on your device. No ads, no required account, no cloud upload. The app records what you enter: it does not read your printer, diagnose it or score its health.
