HEALTH CONNECT
Cairnwell can read three data types from Health Connect so you do not retype numbers you already record elsewhere. Each one powers a specific screen in the app.

• Weight. Cairnwell reads body weight recorded by your smart scale or another app and adds it to your weight chart, trend line, and clinician report. You get a complete weight history without logging the same number twice.
• Steps. Cairnwell reads your daily step count and shows it in the activity view and the clinician report, so you can see how movement tracks with your dose changes and weight trend.
• Exercise sessions. Cairnwell reads the date, type, and duration of workouts recorded by other apps and adds them to your strength and activity log. Your training frequency stays accurate even when you record a session somewhere else.

Health Connect access is optional. Cairnwell asks for each data type in the screen where it is used, works fully without any of them, and only reads. It never writes to Health Connect and never changes data another app recorded. You can turn any permission off in Health Connect at any time.
