Q. Will it save while I'm waiting at a red light?
A. No. While you're in the car (not walking), it isn't treated as parking. It saves once you get out and walk.
Q. The distance looks wrong underground.
A. GPS doesn't reach underground, so ParkOn shows the last location before you went down.
Underground, the floor, zone and photo are the most reliable way to find your car.
Q. It detected something wrong.
A. Open Vehicles → View detection log to see why, and share it with us. You can also change the sensitivity.
