The Healthfirst Cares powered by Welldoc® App is now available to eligible Healthfirst members. Healthfirst Cares is more than an app. It’s an easy-to-use, digital health platform that can help you manage your diabetes and make better choices about your health.
Get started with your Healthfirst Cares access directly from the Healthfirst NY Mobile App!
● If you already have the Healthfirst NY Mobile App: Just log in and tap “Manage your diabetes with the Healthfirst Cares powered by Welldoc App.” You’ll then be able to download and use the Healthfirst Cares App.
● If you don’t have the Healthfirst NY Mobile App: Get it today (free for iOS and Android). Once you’ve logged in to Healthfirst NY, tap “Manage your diabetes with the Healthfirst Cares powered by Welldoc App.” You’ll then be able to download and use the Healthfirst Cares App.

The Healthfirst Cares App is a digital assistant that gives tailored guidance and useful insights into the daily lives of people living with diabetes. The app gives real-time digital coaching to help handle diabetes, support healthy eating habits, and reach personal fitness goals.
