✦ 12H/24H digital time works based on the phone setting
✦ Set 2 short text complications from the available list
✦ Set 1 long text complications from the available list
✦ Set 1 icon shortcut complications from the available list
✦ Set 1 short image complications from the available list
✦ Set 2 custom world time complications from the available city list
✦ Heartrate level indicator. less than 60 = L (Low), Between 60 - 100 = N (normal), More than 100 = H (High)

The phone app is not a companion app. You can uninstall the phone application.
