✦ 12H / 24H time works based on phone settings

Tap Links options:
✦ Set 2 icon/small image shortcut complications from the available list
✦ Tap on the heart icon to measure heartrate
✦ Fixed links: TEL= Phone, SMS = Messages, ALM = Alarm & CAL = Calendar/Schedule

The phone app is not a companion app. You can uninstall the phone application.
