House Timer: Home Maintenance

HouseTimer keeps every home maintenance job on one quiet timer: furnace and AC filters, smoke and CO alarms, gutters, the water heater, the fridge water filter and more.

SET UP YOUR HOME IN 30 SECONDS
• Ready-made task packs: HVAC, Safety, Kitchen, Exterior, Plumbing, Personal and a Renter pack
• Tap a pack, untick what doesn't apply, done. Every interval is a typical value you can edit.

ALWAYS KNOW WHAT'S NEXT
• Big countdowns, color-coded Overdue, Due soon and OK
• Filter by room: Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom, Garage, Exterior, HVAC, Whole home
• Tap Done to restart the timer, or log it as done yesterday or earlier
• Snooze for 1 day, 3 days or a week
• Swipe right for Done, swipe left to delete (with Undo)

CALM REMINDERS
• One daily summary at the time you choose, instead of a ping per task
• Due-day alerts with Mark done and Snooze 1 day right on the notification
• Overdue nudges after 3 days, then weekly. Never daily.
• Optional Sunday summary of the week ahead

A HISTORY THAT PAYS OFF
• Every Done keeps the date, a note, the cost and the part or filter size (for example 16x25x1 MERV 11)
• A timeline of everything you've done to your home

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Works offline. No account and no sign-up. Your tasks stay on your phone.
• Back up to a file and restore it, at no cost
• Android's own backup can copy your data to your Google account
