About 80 Hours: Work Hours Log

Starting in 2027, many adults on Medicaid need to show 80 hours a month of work, volunteering, job training or school. SNAP has a similar 80-hour rule. If your state can't confirm your hours on its own, you may need your own records. 80 Hours makes that easy.

Log any kind of hours
- Job shifts, gig work and self-employed time
- Volunteer hours, work programs and school
- Start a timer when you begin, or add hours later
- Add who can confirm your hours

See where you stand
- A simple ring shows your hours this month out of 80
- See how many hours and days are left
- Track pay too, for the monthly income option

Keep your proof together
- Add photos of pay stubs, gig app screens or sign-in sheets
- Make a clean monthly PDF to keep or hand to your caseworker

Stay on track
- Weekly progress reminders
- A heads-up near the end of each month
- A reminder before your renewal date
- A 30-day countdown if you get a notice

Private by design
- No account. Your log and photos stay on your phone.
- Works offline.
- Back up to a file so a new phone doesn't lose your proof.
- Free to use. Logging, the timer, the proof PDF, reminders and backup are free for everyone. An optional $2.99 one-time Pro unlock gives you unlimited proof photos (free entries keep 3 each) and removes ads.

Important
80 Hours is made by VNCNT Labs. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any government agency, state Medicaid program or SNAP office. It does not send anything to your state. It is not legal advice. Your state decides who must report, what counts and what proof it accepts.
