NotaryDesk: Job Log + CSV

NotaryDesk is the job logger and income tracker built for working notaries and loan signing agents. Log every signing in under 30 seconds. Scan a driver's license and your signer's details fill in automatically.

Every job logged in NotaryDesk feeds your year-end income summary. When your CPA asks for records, you hand them a clean CSV — not a shoebox.

Your first 10 jobs are free. No credit card required.

- Log a signing in under 30 seconds. Date, client, lender, signing type, location, fee, and mileage — all captured before you pull out of the driveway.
- Driver's license barcode scan auto-fills signer name, DL number, and expiry into your notary journal. No manual typing.
- Mileage tracking per job, with optional roundtrip auto-calculation from your saved home address.
- Digital notary journal stores act details, document type, signature count, and thumbprint flag — built around how notaries actually keep records.
- One-tap CSV export for your CPA, with totals broken down by signing type, month, quarter, and year.
- Works offline. Sync resumes automatically when you are back online.
- Cross-device sync so your records are safe even if your phone is replaced.

NotaryDesk is a record-keeping and export tool. It does not provide tax or legal advice. Always consult your accountant for tax preparation and your state notary commission for compliance requirements.
