Fit2loveMidlife is here to empower and support you through what can be a very challenging and confusing phase of life. Trying to understand the changes that are happening in our bodies, and what we can do to support ourselves physically and mentally as we transition through menopause can be confusing. I have been a Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher for 20 years , and having myself started going through menopause in my mid 40s, I set up Fit2loveMidlife to provide support during this time. Covering fitness, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and mindset. The program provides support, guidance and practical strategies to help to navigate this transition with greater knowledge and understanding. . Being part of a community to share our experiences is so important and to get training and nutrition support that is aligned with this phase of life is so important as what worked when we were in our 30s is not the same in our 40s and 50s and beyond. You can join in with the level of support you need. At community level, or have Individual Online Training Plans and an option for personal nutrition plans.
