Developed by former professional baseball player who became a Doctor of Physical Therapy. There is a huge gap between the movement patterns we train in the gym and the patterns that are needed to perform and stand out in the game. Baseball Flows was developed to fill in the movement flow gap. Train Movement Flow and Athleticism specifically for Baseball and Softball Players. The Baseball Flows program includes science driven movement exercises that will increase on field metrics, such as bat speed, pitch velocity, batting exit velocity, fielding and many more. The program includes daily access to instructional videos curated by a Doctor of Physical Therapy for each exercise.
