Set JPEG quality and WebP quality in Settings. Original width and height stay unless you choose a new size from 1 to 8192 pixels on each side. The aspect ratio can be kept so the picture is not stretched. Add a filename prefix, or type a custom name when one image is converted. Pick the folder for the new files. If you do not pick one, Android 10 and newer save them under Pictures in a folder named for this app.

Add many HEIC and HEIF photos to one queue. Preview a file, remove it, clear the queue, or retry a file that did not convert. Progress shows how many finished, failed, and remain. You can stop the run. The file already being saved will finish, and files that have not started stay in the queue. A photo is marked converted only after a valid image has been written. A damaged file, an unsupported HEIC variant, an AVIF file, a full storage location, or a missing folder is reported.

HEIC to PNG Converter keeps a history of names, formats, dates, sizes, and status on the device. History does not store a second copy of the picture. Open a saved image, share it, read the details, or remove one entry. Clearing history removes the records only. Images you already saved stay in their folder.

The theme controls in HEIC to PNG Converter let you follow the system theme, use a light theme, or use a dark theme. Format, quality, size, filename choices, and the selected folder stay on the device for the next conversion.

An internet connection is required before the features can be used. If Wi-Fi and mobile data are off, the app asks you to connect. Original dimensions are kept unless you resize. HEIF orientation is applied when the decoder can read it. Other metadata is not guaranteed to be copied. A very large photo can be reduced by setting a smaller width and height.
