Every puzzle type has five levels, from a gentle start to expert. You decide how demanding it should be.

EASY ON THE EYES

The lettering is large and clear. In the settings you can choose between three text sizes, with a high contrast mode for anyone who prefers it. Enlarge the grid while you play with a single button. There is a light and a dark display.

PUZZLE IN PEACE

No time pressure and no gimmicks. You can stop whenever you like: your puzzle is saved and will be waiting exactly as you left it. A hint helps you along if you get stuck, and checking your answers shows what isn't right yet — just like the back of a real puzzle book.

Every puzzle type keeps track of how you are getting on, with its own rating that grows as you improve.

WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET

Every puzzle is created on your own device. You need no connection, so you can play anywhere: on the train, in the waiting room or in the garden. Nothing is collected about you and no account is needed.

SIX LANGUAGES

English (British and American), Dutch, German, Spanish and French. Each language has its own words and clues — not translated puzzles, but puzzles built in that language.

The words and clues come from Open Dutch WordNet and Wiktionary, available under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license.
