Lynx: Sports Team Management

Run the team. Build the culture.

Most team apps stop at the schedule. Lynx runs your whole club or team, then does the part the others skip: it gives players and families a reason to keep showing up.

Team management and player engagement in one app, built for club directors, league owners, team managers, coaches, parents, and players.

RUN THE TEAM
Everything a club, league, or single team needs, from your phone:
• Registration with waivers and fees that flows straight into rosters
• Collect and track payments: cards through Stripe, or families report a Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App payment for you to confirm
• Scheduling for practices, games, and tournaments, with venues, recurring events, and multi-team views
• One-tap RSVPs, reminders, and attendance check-in
• Team chat, announcements, push notifications, and email to the right families
• Rosters, positions, jersey numbers, and sizes
• Lineups, game scores, and standings
• Volunteer sign-ups for game day
• Club dashboard and reports, with your club's logo and colors
• Coaching one team on your own? Set it up yourself in minutes

BUILD THE CULTURE
Engagement is what keeps kids in the sport and families in your club. Lynx builds it in:
• Coach challenges: rally the team around a shared goal, or give players something to work on at home between practices. Players log it, coaches confirm it, everyone sees the progress
• Skill evaluations players can see, so they know what to work on and how far they've come
• Player stat tracking that follows them through the season (volleyball today, more sports rolling out)
• Shoutout cards anyone can send: coaches, teammates, and parents. Recognition they keep, not a post that scrolls away
• Hype cards from the coach when a player puts in the work
• A player card that grows with every practice: levels, XP, streaks, and badges
• A team wall for photos, wins, and the moments in between

EVERY ROLE HAS A HOME
• Directors and league owners: registrations, money, and every team at a glance
• Team managers: the roster, the schedule, and the families, handled
• Coaches: your team and your next game on one screen. Less back and forth, more of the part you love
• Parents: every kid, every team, one schedule. More than the ride to practice
• Players: their own login with a username and PIN a parent sets up. No email needed

BUILT FOR FAMILIES
• Your club's information stays with your club. Members of one club can't browse another club's records
• Parents create and control their children's logins
• Report or block a post, comment, message, or person, right where you see it
• No ads, and we never sell your data
• Request your data or account deletion anytime

BUILT BY A COACH, SHAPED BY YOU
Lynx comes from the experience of a coach and the mind of an operator, and it gets better every week. Many updates start as a message from a coach, a team manager, or a parent. Two ways to tell us what your team needs: tap Send feedback in the app menu, or email [email protected]
