Import a CSV statement from your bank or card. Kostly reads it on the device, groups the charges by merchant, and works out which ones repeat on a cycle. The bills and subscriptions it finds come out the other side as one list. It shows you the evidence — the real dates and amounts — and you confirm every match before it counts, so a one-off payment is never filed as recurring. There is no typing twenty services in by hand, and no credential to hand to anybody.

★ REMINDERS THAT ACTUALLY FIRE
Any subscription manager can show you a list; the job that matters is telling you before the money goes. Reminders land before you are charged, not after: two days ahead by default, or any number of days you choose. Free trials get one before the first charge. Kostly flags a subscription when its price goes up, and keeps a short cancel guide for each service so you are not hunting through a website at midnight. A bill organizer is only worth having if the reminder arrives, so Settings shows what is scheduled on this phone and sends a test notification — the reminder is something you can check rather than hope for.

★ AN EXPENSE TRACKER YOU WILL ACTUALLY KEEP
Adding something takes two taps: the amount, then the category. Day, week, month and year views each carry their own total, categories rank by spend and open to the expenses behind them, and with Kostly Full any entry can carry a photo of the receipt. Kostly works as a plain expense tracker with no import at all, and adding an expense is never gated.
