About Migraine Tracker & Pain Diary

A migraine tracker and pain diary you can use while you have a migraine.

One tap logs the attack. A medication list with your own limits, a health journal that never nags, and a PDF report for your neurologist — on a near-black screen built for light-sensitive eyes.

Many migraine apps are bright, busy dashboards that ask twenty questions. Migraine Tracker is dark, nothing on it flashes, and logging an attack takes one tap.

━ ONE TAP TO START, ONE TAP TO STOP
Tap once and the attack is running. Tap again when the pain stops. No forms, no daily check-in: a daily log you open only when something happens. You can put the phone down.

━ DETAILS ARE OPTIONAL, AND THEY CAN WAIT
Later, open any attack on the Timeline and add how bad the pain got, on a 1 to 5 scale you can re-rate; symptoms — light and sound sensitivity, nausea, vomiting, aura; where it hurt, on a head diagram; and a note. Tap Save to keep it, or add nothing and your migraine diary still works.

━ BUILT FOR HOW ATTACKS REALLY HAPPEN
✓ A migraine that runs past midnight stays one attack across both days.
✓ Three attacks in one day are three attacks.
✓ Recovery has its own end time.
✓ A day of symptoms with no pain can be recorded.
The Timeline shows it by day, week, month or year.

━ BUILT FOR LIGHT-SENSITIVE EYES
This headache tracker is dark by default. The Adjust tab darkens the whole app further than your phone's brightness will go. Red shift takes the blue out. Monochrome removes colour. Even the launch screen is dark, so it never flashes white.

━ TRIGGERS, AS YOU REPORT THEM
Tag each attack with the trigger you think set it off: stress, poor sleep, a skipped meal, dehydration, alcohol, caffeine, bright light, screens, weather, hormonal. Your guess, kept as your guess — nothing is inferred. Over months the pattern sits in your health journal, not your memory.

━ MEDICATION LIST AND MEDICATION TRACKER
Build your medication list once; a name is enough. During an attack, one tap logs a dose. Set your own limits — the gap between doses, how many in seven days — and the medication tracker counts against them. It warns; it never blocks you and never tells you what to take.

━ INSIGHTS THAT STATE THEIR NUMBERS
How often, how long, when they start, how bad, what came with them, where it hurt — over 90 days, 12 months or all time. Every figure says how many attacks it is based on; thin patterns are withheld.

━ THE PDF REPORT YOUR NEUROLOGIST ASKS FOR
Pick 30 days, 90 days or 12 months and the app builds a PDF: a summary, severity and symptom breakdowns, your triggers, a medication table against your limits, and every attack with its start, length, peak, symptoms, doses and notes. Take it to an appointment or attach it to a claim. It leaves your phone only when you send it.

━ YOUR JOURNAL STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
No account. No sign-in. No health data ever leaves this phone. It works offline, keeps a backup copy on the phone, and exports every attack as CSV.

━ NO NOTIFICATIONS. NONE.
This app has never asked permission to send you anything. No reminders, no streaks. Nothing to switch off.

━ WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
It does not predict migraines, diagnose anything or give medical advice. It is a diary — an honest daily log of what happened.

━ PRO
No ads. Logging, history, the medication list and CSV export are included. The PDF report is part of Pro, an in-app purchase.

Also a headache diary, symptoms tracker, pain tracker or health journal for chronic migraine, cluster or tension headaches, aura, fibromyalgia, or any chronic illness a clinician asked you to write down.

Install it before the next attack. One tap is all it asks.

Migraine Tracker is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always speak to a clinician about your symptoms and medication.
