SureDeed Agent

SureDeed Agent connects verified field agents with real land-registration
and legal-service jobs across Bangladesh: mutation (namjari),
khatiyan/porcha retrieval, deed-related paperwork, and more, sourced
directly from the SureDeed client platform.

HOW IT WORKS
- Sign up with just your phone number (OTP, no password).
- Choose your agent type and the districts/upazilas you cover.
- Submit your documents and a quick verification photo.
- Get approved by the SureDeed team, then go live.

GET OFFERS, GET WORK DONE
- Live offers land on your phone in real time, no refreshing needed.
- See the job, service area, and payout before you accept.
- First to accept wins the job; decline anything that isn't for you.
- Track every order from accepted, to in progress, to submitted, to verified.
- Report a delay or a blocker directly from the order; the client sees it too.
- Upload your finished documents right from your phone.

GET PAID, SECURELY
- Total earnings and pending payouts tracked in one dashboard.
- Get paid via MFS or bank transfer.
- See your performance rating and client satisfaction score, so you always
know where you stand.

BUILT FOR THE WORK YOU DO
- Bengali-first interface, built around how land and legal service work
actually happens in Bangladesh.
- Toggle your availability off whenever you're busy; new offers stop
until you switch back on.
- Instant push notifications for new offers and assignment updates.
- Your identity is verified before you ever see a job, and client contact
details stay private until you accept, so every offer on your feed is
a real, vetted opportunity.
