ThaiQROrder

ThaiQROrder is a QR code order system for restaurants, cafes, street food vendors, and small businesses in Thailand. Customers simply scan the QR code at their table, open the menu, and order—no app download or waiting for staff required.

You—the owner—will receive an audible notification every time a new order is placed. Manage all tables and orders, and view sales data from a single app.

■ New in 2.0
• Online payment into your own Stripe account. Customers pay bills or split payments via PromptPay or card using the QR code at their table. The table is automatically cleared once payment is complete. ThaiQROrder doesn't handle cash and doesn't make any additional deductions.
• Staff accounts. Staff log into the app using their own phone numbers. Owners can define each staff member's roles, such as taking orders, closing bills, and editing menus.
• Item selection for serving, hiding menus from customers, checking out entire categories of items, viewing past bills, and reopening incorrectly closed bills.
• Self-ordering kiosks on tablets and distance-based delivery fees.

■ Key Features
• Staff call button. Customers can press the QR code at their table to call a staff member or request the bill. The owner's phone will ring instantly. A single "Acknowledge" press is visible on all devices simultaneously.
• Standby queue. • Issue separate queue tickets for 1-2 / 3-4 / 5-6 people, printed with a QR code for customers to scan and see how many people are ahead of them. Includes a queue display screen for tablets at the front of the store.
• Instant order notifications with an audible alert, ensuring you'll never miss an order, even with the screen off.
• Order from your table using a QR code; customers can scan and order directly without any installation required.
• Take orders yourself in the app for customers who order with staff or for phone orders for self-pickup.
• Automatically print kitchen bills and receipts via Wi-Fi/LAN or Bluetooth receipt printers, including POS systems like Sunmi and iMin, and access the cash drawer.
• Manage menus with pictures, additional options (e.g., specials, add eggs), and notes per dish.
• Automatic menu translation in 8 languages: Thai, English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, French, and German.
• Manage tables and bills: name tables, move tables, combine bills, calculate payments, and clear tables—all in one place.
• Use multiple devices simultaneously. • Separate kitchen and bar areas by menu category.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with best-selling items and peak times.
• Supports PromptPay QR codes, locks payments based on bills, and allows customers to "Notify the shop after transfer."
• Restaurant website for table reservations, self-pickup, and delivery, manageable within the app (18 designs) and in the owner portal.
