The Family of Champions — the digital home of Israel's air conditioning and refrigeration technician community.

Thousands of technicians and installers are already members of the community — now all the knowledge, customers and businesses are in one place, in one application.

For technicians and installers

• Professional forums by brand, alongside forums for refrigeration, water systems, electrical products, electricians, plumbing, second-hand and wanted.
• Feels like WhatsApp — live chat with message quoting, without a learning curve. But unlike WhatsApp: no knowledge is lost. Everything is saved, everything is searchable.
• Official catalogs, fault libraries, weekly promotions, surveys and video calls with brand representatives.
• Receiving jobs from customers by location — real-time notification of a customer looking for a technician near you.
• "Who's available" board — job offers by specialization and date.
• Transferring jobs between colleagues — busy? Transfer the work to a professional friend within the app.
• Transparent personal wallet — all fees and history in one place.
• AI assistant in each forum — answers technical questions from the confirmed knowledge of brand representatives only. Does not make up answers - coming soon!

For customers

• Is the air conditioner stuck? Register for quick SMS verification and describe the problem.
• The app locates up to 5 available and nearby professionals for you — with a photo, real rating and number of jobs.
• Technicians respond with arrival time — and you choose.
• Live tracking on the map until the technician arrives, and direct chat within the app.
• When finished — rate the service. Ratings build the reputation of the technicians.
• Built-in privacy: your exact address is only revealed to the technician you have chosen.

And more
