STAR Listing Studio is a real estate photo editor and marketing kit for agents. Virtual staging furnishes an empty room in about 15 seconds, and the AI Listing Kit makes polished photos, a 3D tour video, social posts, a flyer and the listing description in one tap.

- On phones with Gemini Nano the description is written on the device from your facts; on other phones the built-in writer does it.

- Light, shadows, warmth, vibrance and contrast.

PRIVACY
- No account, no ads, no tracking. Photos, video and the description writer run on your phone.
- Only AI staging uses the cloud: it sends the photo you chose after you tap the button, and the app asks you first. Delete everything the app stores from Settings.

Agent: 5 properties, 20 photos each, tour videos up to 20 s and 200 AI credits a month. Pro: 20 properties, the weekly seller update and listing presentation PDFs, tour videos up to 30 s and 500 AI credits. Brokerage: up to 10 agent profiles, unlimited properties, tour videos up to 45 s and 1,000 AI credits.

Subscriptions: STAR plans renew monthly until canceled. If you start a free trial, the first payment is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
