Event Horizon: Slingshot

🕳️ Dare to fly at the edge of a black hole? In Event Horizon: Slingshot you play with one finger: HOLD to hook the nearest black hole and swing around it, RELEASE to fling yourself toward the next one with all the energy you built up! The closer you get to the event horizon, the bigger your score multiplier grows, but one mistake and you are swallowed for good. A fast, tense and gorgeous 3D action game set in deep space.

🌀 ONE-FINGER SLINGSHOT
• Hold: your ship hooks the black hole in range and starts to orbit. The longer you hold, the tighter the orbit and the more slingshot energy you store.
• Release: your ship shoots off along the tangent with the energy you stored. A light aim assist nudges you in the right direction.
• Time slows down as you near a black hole, so you can pick the moment to let go with a cool head.
• Every slingshot grows your chain; the longer the chain, the higher your score multiplier.

⚡ TAKE RISKS, MULTIPLY YOUR SCORE
• The closer you get to the event horizon, the multiplier climbs to ×2, ×5 and ×10; at ×10 the screen turns red.
• Close graze: shoot out right past the edge of the horizon for a big bonus and a burst of slow motion.
• Collect stardust, absorb a hit with a shield crystal, and grab a time seal for 3 seconds of slow motion.
• The collapse wall rising behind you never lets you stop: always forward!

☄️ HAZARDS OF SPACE
• Asteroid streams, meteor showers, expanding solar flare rings and pulsing, spinning pulsar beams.
• Binary and drifting black holes, white holes that push you away, and a dark matter fog that hides the black holes.
• In a quasar storm the screen turns red and the collapse speeds up.
• Hop on a comet for a short burst of hyperspeed and invulnerability!
• Hazards unlock one by one with your rank, and every wave arrives with a warning banner.

🚀 RANK UP, BUILD YOUR HANGAR
• Your score turns into XP: 50 ranks across 10 titles, from Rookie Pilot to Horizon Walker.
• 10 ship hulls, 8 trail colors and 4 accretion disc themes (Gargantua, Ice Ring, Red Giant, Emerald) unlock as you play.
• Launch options: Shield, Dash, Focus and Overdrive.
• 3 missions at a time, 27 achievements and the Daily Run, where everyone flies the same universe.

💥 TRY AGAIN
• If you are swallowed or blown up, Second Chance lets you continue where you left off (once per run).
• The results screen shows NEW RECORD, rank-ups and what you unlocked; hit AGAIN to jump straight into a new run.

🎵 A deep hum that rises as you near a black hole, music that shifts with the action, glowing accretion discs and stars that bend around black holes. Vibration and screen shake can be turned off in settings.
