Keynox: Password Manager

Keynox is an offline password manager: your logins, cards and notes are encrypted on your phone and never uploaded anywhere.

Most password managers keep your vault on their servers. Keynox does not have servers. There is no account to create and no cloud to trust, and the app has no internet permission at all, so your password vault cannot leave the phone even by accident. Unlock it with your master password or your fingerprint, and let autofill sign you in to apps and websites.

WHY YOU WILL LOVE IT
- Truly offline: no account, no sign-up, no internet access, nothing to breach
- Fast autofill in apps and in Chrome, with a fingerprint unlock
- A password generator for strong passwords or easy-to-type passphrases
- A private security check that finds weak and reused passwords
- No ads, ever. A password manager should never show you ads

AUTOFILL AND PASSWORD GENERATOR
- Fill usernames and passwords in apps and browsers with one tap
- Keynox offers to save new logins after you sign up or sign in
- Generate by length, digits and symbols, or make a passphrase from the EFF wordlist
- A strength meter on every password, so you can see how strong it really is

PASSWORD VAULT FOR LOGINS, CARDS AND NOTES
- Logins with website, username, password and notes
- 2FA codes (Plus): add a two-factor key and Keynox shows the one-time code, like an authenticator app
- Secure notes for Wi-Fi passwords, recovery codes and more, and payment cards with Plus
- Folders, favorites, tags and fast search
- Move in fast: import a CSV file exported from your browser or another password manager

SECURITY YOU CAN CHECK
- AES-256-GCM encryption with a key derived from your master password by Argon2id
- Fingerprint unlock keeps the vault key in the phone's secure hardware
- Locks itself when you leave the app and after a few idle minutes
- Copied passwords are wiped from the clipboard after 30 seconds
- Screenshots and the recent-apps preview are blocked inside the app
- Encrypted backup files you keep wherever you like (Plus)
- An in-app page explains, in plain words, what is protected and what is not

IMPORTANT: THERE IS NO PASSWORD RESET
Your master password is the only key. Nobody can reset it, not even us, because we never see your data. Write it down somewhere safe and keep an encrypted backup.

FREE AND PLUS
- Free: up to 25 logins and notes, autofill, the password generator, the security check, CSV import and export
- Plus (optional): unlimited items, 2FA codes, payment cards and encrypted backups
- Monthly or yearly, with a 3-day free trial on yearly. Cancel any time in Google Play

Whether you want a simple password keeper, a secure password safe for your family's accounts, a local alternative to a cloud password manager, or one place for your passwords and 2FA codes, Keynox keeps it private and quick.

Keynox - the password manager that stays on your phone.
