Heart Rate Monitor & Pulse

Heart Rate Monitor & Pulse turns your phone into a simple wellness pulse checker. Place your fingertip over the rear camera and flash, hold steady for 30 seconds, and see your beats-per-minute estimate with a wellness zone summary. No account, no wearable, no setup.

KEY FEATURES:
• Fingertip pulse check — rear camera and flash sense your heart rate
• 30-second measurement — short, focused session with a calibration step
• Live waveform — watch your pulse signal in real time during the test
• BPM zone summary — Resting, Normal, Elevated, or High at a glance
• On-device only — camera frames never leave your phone
• No sign-up, no account — open and measure, nothing to configure
• Simple and lightweight — works on phones with a rear camera and flash

USE CASES:
• A quick BPM snapshot before or after a walk, run, or workout
• Logging resting heart rate as part of a personal wellness routine
• A first-pass pulse check when you don't have a smartwatch on hand
• Curious self-tracking — see how your pulse changes through the day

HOW IT WORKS:
The rear camera reads tiny color changes in your fingertip caused by each pulse while the flash provides steady light. A calibration window lets the signal stabilize, then the app finds the steady rhythm of your pulse over 30 seconds and reports a BPM estimate. If the signal is too noisy it asks you to try again instead of guessing. Hold still, keep your finger gently over both the lens and flash, and breathe normally.

WELLNESS NOTE:
For wellness and fitness purposes only. Not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool. If you have concerns about your heart rate or health, consult a qualified clinician.

PRIVACY:
Camera frames are processed on-device and never recorded, stored, or transmitted. The app does not collect your heart rate readings.
