🔒 Keep your recordings private with secure, local on-device storage

RecPro is an on-device microphone recorder for straightforward recording and local file management. Start, pause, resume and stop from the app, with an ongoing notification while recording continues in the background or with the screen off.

Recording controls:
• Capture MPEG-4/AAC audio with Low, Standard or High quality
• Choose mono or stereo capture when supported by your device and microphone
• Split long sessions into automatic segments from 1 to 60 minutes, or turn segmentation off
• Follow elapsed time, the current segment and its remaining time
• Protect the current segment and future segments while recording

Storage and file management:
• Set a recording storage limit from 1 GB to 512 GB, or use all available storage
• View used space, remaining capacity and estimated recording time
• Automatically rotate the oldest finalized unprotected recordings when a storage limit is reached
• Search recordings, filter protected items and sort by date, duration or size
• Play, pause and seek within recordings
• Rename, protect, unprotect, share and delete recordings
• Delete all unprotected recordings with confirmation
• Export all recordings or only protected recordings to the device's Music collection

Choose recording quality, audio channels, automatic segment length, filename prefix and optional screen-on behavior in Settings.

Recordings and settings stay in RecPro's app-specific storage unless you explicitly share or export audio. RecPro has no account, advertising, analytics or cloud-upload feature.

The free version includes 10 minutes of finalized recording time in total. An optional one-time Google Play purchase removes that recording-time limit.

Character count: 1,683, including spaces, punctuation and 23 line breaks.
