eDog turns your Android device into a motion-monitoring camera. Start monitoring from the app to watch the rear camera for changes and automatically record video with audio when motion is detected.

A live camera preview shows monitoring and recording status, elapsed recording time, and actionable warning messages. Adjust motion sensitivity and camera zoom to suit the scene.

Captured videos are stored in the app's recording gallery, where you can play, share, export, or delete individual recordings, or delete them all. Monitoring runs as a foreground service with an ongoing notification and Stop action, allowing the session to continue when the app is not in front.

Settings are saved automatically. You can choose automatic monitoring when eDog is opened, pin the app while it is running, and preview alert sounds.

The free version records each motion event for three seconds and uses the default alert sound. The one-time Pro unlock adds selectable recording durations, all included alert sounds, and torch-based Night Mode. Existing purchases can be restored through Google Play.
