About ShotPulse
Our application, designed to seamlessly interface with the ShotPulse (SP) hardware device, requires Bluetooth permissions to ensure full functionality and user experience. The Bluetooth permission is critical for establishing a reliable and efficient connection between the user's mobile device and the SP hardware, enabling real-time communication and data transfer. This connection is essential for the core operations of our product, as it allows the user to control and interact with the SP device directly from the app. Additionally, the location permission is required not for tracking user location, but to enhance the functionality of the SP device, which relies on location-based data to provide contextual and relevant information to the user. We have implemented these permissions strictly adhering to Apple's guidelines, ensuring they are requested only when necessary and used solely for the purpose of enhancing the functionality of the SP device. Furthermore, our app includes clear and concise descriptions within the user interface, explaining to our users why these permissions are needed, and our privacy policy meticulously details our commitment to user data security and privacy.
