Born as Abu Abdullah Muhammad bin Ismail bin Ibrahim bin al-Mughira al-Ja'fai in 194 A.H., Imam Bukhari's criteria for inclusion in the collection were among the strictest in the field of hadith scholarship. Sahih Al Bukhari English compilation is organized into nine volumes, each containing several books, with consecutively numbered hadiths within each volume.
