About Uqud al-Juman

Uqudul Juman is a special book of Arabic literature that discusses Ma'ani and Bayan Sciences, written by Imam Jalaluddin As-Suyuthi. This knowledge, which is called Balaghah Science, must be mastered by anyone who wants to study Arabic literature. In this Syarah Nadham Uqudul Juman it is explained, Arabic literature is very useful for knowing the i'jazul qur'an (miracles of the Qur'an), without which knowledge, the contents of the Qur'an cannot be explored in depth. In fact, kamalul faith (perfection of faith) over the Qur'an depends on the mastery of Balaghah Science. The science of Ma'ani and Bayan is referred to as the Science of Balaghah (Puncak), because linguistically this knowledge can be used as a tool to understand the forms of eloquent kalam (speech) so that it fits -at least approaches- the intent and purpose of the mutakallim (who utters), and according to the historical context the word was spoken.
