About Satiate
Every idea is built around the things that actually make a meal satisfying: protein, fibre and fat, working together. Satiate names the foods doing that work in each dish, so you can see why a meal will keep you going instead of being handed a number.
There is no calorie counting here. No macros, no points, no tracking, no good and bad foods. The answer is always something to add, never something to give up.
PHOTOGRAPH YOUR KITCHEN
Point your camera at a shelf, a fridge, or last night's leftovers. Satiate reads what's there and builds meals around it. Or just type what you have.
THREE IDEAS, THEN A PROPER RECIPE
Real quantities, real technique, and steps that tell you why and not only what. Ingredients are split into what you already have, what's in the storecupboard, and the short list actually worth a trip to the shop.
SAY WHAT YOU'RE CRAVING
Tell it you want nachos, or something crunchy, or comfort food. Whatever you asked for stays in the meal — Satiate builds around it rather than talking you out of it.
A GALLERY THAT FILLS UP
Browse what other people have cooked. Rate what you make, keep what you'd cook again, and search by ingredient, cuisine or mood.
EATING OUT OR ON THE GO
Working from a menu or a petrol station shelf? Satiate suggests how to order and what to put together, with no cooking needed.
Satiate respects how you eat. Tell it once — vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, allergies, foods you would rather avoid — and every suggestion honours it, checked twice.
Free: three sets of ideas a week, and the whole gallery.
Pro: unlimited ideas, and more whenever the first three aren't quite it.
