CoffeeRun: Group Coffee Orders

Someone's heading to the cafe. Who wants what?

CoffeeRun turns that scramble of messages and half-remembered orders into
something that actually works. Start a run, let everyone add their order, and
whoever's going gets one clear list.

WHY IT EXISTS

Coffee orders are surprisingly hard. Sizes, milks, sugars, that one person who
wants their flat white extra hot. Get it wrong and someone quietly drinks
something they didn't want. CoffeeRun keeps each order exact, so the person
collecting doesn't have to remember a thing.

HOW IT WORKS

• Start a run — say where you're going and when you're leaving
• Everyone adds their order from the cafe's menu
• You get one tidy list to order from
• Mark drinks as collected so nobody's left wondering

BUILT FOR REGULAR GROUPS

• Create groups for your team, office or friends
• Save favourite cafes and reuse them for every run
• Add and edit coffee shops, including their menus
• Find people you already know through your contacts
• Invite others with a link or QR code

WHILE THE RUN IS ON

• Chat in the run so questions get answered before the order is placed
• Push notifications when a run starts, an order changes, or coffee arrives
• Hand a run over if plans change and someone else goes instead
• See nearby cafes when you're deciding where to go

PRIVACY

Your phone number is only visible to verified people you share a group, run or
contact with — never to strangers. You can delete your account from inside the
app at any time.
