Ruhul Adab (Rūḥ al-Adab, "The Spirit of Right Conduct") is the poem of counsel by Shaykh Ibrahim Niasse, son of al-Hajj Abdullah, on the etiquette of the spiritual path: holding fast to the Tijani way, the wird, the conduct of the disciple with the educating Shaykh, seeking knowledge, humility, the afflictions of the self, and knowing Allah.
