RotaTally: Shifts & Pay

Your staff rota may arrive as a screenshot, a WhatsApp image or a photo on the wall. RotaTally turns it into a personal schedule and helps you understand what to expect on payday.

SCAN YOUR ROTA
Choose a rota image, tell RotaTally your name, and review the shifts found for you. Nothing is saved until you confirm it.

SEE YOUR WEEK OR MONTH
Keep every shift in a clear weekly or monthly calendar. Overnight shifts are handled properly, and duplicates are avoided.

TRACK HOURS AND PAY
Add hourly rates, unpaid or paid breaks, tips and bonuses. RotaTally calculates an estimated gross amount for your records.

CHECK PAYDAY
Compare the gross pay you expected from recorded shifts with the gross figure on your payslip. RotaTally shows the difference calmly so you know what to check.

BUILT FOR REAL HOSPITALITY WORK
• Multiple workplaces
• Different currencies, rates and shift defaults
• Manual shift entry always available
• Local shift and earnings history

ROTA CHANGES WITHOUT SURPRISES
Rota Change Guard compares a new scan with saved shifts before anything changes. Pro users can also keep shifts in a dedicated calendar and receive local reminders. Choose from eight app languages and System, Light or Dark appearance.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Core records stay on your Android device. Rota images are sent only when you choose Scan rota, are processed securely using OpenAI, and are not stored by RotaTally. Always review imported dates and times.

RotaTally provides estimates for personal record-keeping. It is not payroll, tax, legal or financial advice.
