Raystarlabs: Vector & Print

RayStar Labs is the mobile companion for print, apparel and embroidery businesses that use our studio for vector artwork, creative design and pre-press production. Request a quote, upload your reference art, talk to the team and download production-ready files: from the shop floor, a trade counter, or anywhere the work takes you.

TRADE ACCOUNT REQUIRED
RayStar Labs is a business-to-business, trade-only service. You need a RayStar Labs account to use this app, and new accounts are reviewed and approved by our team before quoting is switched on. You can register in the app or at raystarlabs.com.

REQUEST A QUOTE IN MINUTES
Pick the service and the complexity level, set the quantity, attach your reference artwork and add your notes. The app shows an estimated credit range for the job as you build it, so nothing lands as a surprise when it reaches the studio.

TRACK EVERY JOB
• Active orders — see what the studio is working on right now
• Orders to approve — review the proof, accept it or send it back
• Approved orders — your completed archive, ready to download again any time
• Suspended orders — jobs paused until outstanding details are resolved
• Filter and sort any list by job title, make and model, category or PO number

REVIEW AND REVISE
Open a proof on your phone, zoom into the detail, and either accept it or return it with revision notes and marked-up reference images. Revisions are part of the service, not an extra.

MESSAGE THE STUDIO
Chat directly with the RayStar Labs team about any job. Send photos from your camera or gallery, attach working files, and keep the whole conversation in one thread.

FILES WHEN YOU NEED THEM
Download finished artwork straight to your device with a progress notification, then open or share it with your production software.

STAY IN THE LOOP
Push notifications tell you when a proof is ready, a message arrives or an order changes status, so nothing sits waiting on your desk.

RayStar Labs work is quoted in credits drawn from your trade account. The app contains no payments or purchasing — your account is settled with us directly.
