Inkslice

Slice the sheet. Keep the seal. Leave the ink behind.

Inkslice is a calm-looking, sharp-thinking puzzle about straight lines. Drag one cut across a sheet of paper: the side with the wax seal stays, the other piece falls away with everything on it. Simple — until the ink starts to spread.

HOW IT WORKS
• One straight cut per turn, at any angle. A live preview shows exactly what falls away and what it scores.
• After every cut the ink blots grow, and new ink bleeds in along your last cut.
• If a blot touches the seal, the run is over.
• Clear every blot to seal the wave: score for the paper you kept and the gold leaf you saved, and the sheet grows back a little.
• Paper is precious — every cut costs sheet, and one cut may drop at most half of it.

SMART CUTS SCORE BIG
• Several blots in one cut multiply your points.
• Cut close to the seal for a ×1.5 Close Shave — but new ink bleeds in right where you cut.
• A line through a blot shaves it down.

SPECIAL INK AND RESCUE ITEMS
• Heavy ink grows twice as fast and is worth triple points.
• Fuse ink counts down and bursts into three new blots — cut it away in time.
• Seal a wave with all its gold leaf to earn leaves, then spend them on the Eraser, the Blotter or the Patch.
