Parsel Mimar does not automatically retrieve parcel or zoning data from official institutions. You enter plan values ​​from your zoning document yourself. Calculations are preliminary estimates based on these user inputs; they are not official zoning status documents, permits, or approvals. The current plan, plan notes, and project-specific conditions must be verified by the relevant municipality and authorized expert. The 30% limit is not an automatic additional construction right.

View the ground floor area, floor area ratio, usable area, gross construction area, and saleable area separately. Saleable area is shown both as a percentage and in m².

Eligible new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial; after the trial, the fee for the selected plan will apply. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled and are managed through Google Play. Current prices are shown on the purchase screen. Single Report allowance is stored on the device; it may be lost upon deleting app data. Pro purchases can be restored with the same Google Play account.
