ICS Import: PDF to Calendar

Turn a PDF schedule into calendar events — with AI.
And if an .ics file won't open on your phone, this app opens it.

School year calendars, class timetables, shift rosters, club schedules.
Stop typing them in one event at a time.

【Features】

🤖 Paste AI-converted events and import them
Have a PDF or a photo of a schedule? Drop it into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini (a free account works fine), convert it into event data, then paste the result here. Prompt examples are built into the app, so it works even the first time.

📄 Import .ics (iCalendar) files
If your phone won't open that .ics file from your school, workplace, or an event organizer, this app will. Pick the file directly, or share it in from any other app.

📅 Bulk-add an entire schedule
No more entering events one by one. Add a full year of events in a single import.

⚙️ Choose the destination calendar
Send events to Google Calendar, Outlook, or any calendar on your device. Keep work, family, and school separate.

👀 Preview before you import
Check every event before it lands in your calendar. Duplicates are detected automatically, and you can uncheck anything you don't want.

✏️ Edit afterwards in your usual calendar app
Imported events behave like any other event. Edit or delete them in Google Calendar, Outlook, or whatever you already use.

🗂️ Undo an import in one step
Import history lets you delete an entire batch at once — handy if something goes in wrong.

・Work shift rosters and team schedules
・.ics (iCalendar) files shared by schools, workplaces, or event organizers

Note: This app imports .ics files and pastes in AI-converted event text. It does not convert PDFs itself — use an AI service to convert your schedule, then bring the result here.
